- Lemon, garlic, moringa and ginger extracts juice:
- Lemon extract
- Garlic extract
- Moringa bark extract
- Ginger extract
- Vinegar of coconut water
- Take all the six items in the same quantity and mix well.
- Drink 25 mL twice a day before food.
- For the first 2 or 3 days, mix same quantity of water and mixture. After this continue for 21 or 41 days without adding water.
- Garlic cloves- 3
- Milk- 1 cup
- Add 3 chopped garlic cloves to a cup of milk and boil it.
- Allow it to cool and drink daily before going to bed.
- Turmeric powder- 1 tspn
- Warm milk- 1 glass
- Add 1 tspn of turmeric powder and a little honey to a glass of warm milk.
- Drink the mix 1 or 2 times daily.
- Cayenne Pepper:
- Cayenne pepper- 1 tspn
- Hot water- 1 cup
- Add half or 1 tspn cayenne pepper to a cup of hot water.
- Drink it 2 times daily for a few weeks.
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Warm water- 1 glass
- Black pepper powder
- Mix lemon juice, a little honey and black pepper powder in a glass of water.
- Drink the mix for 1 or 2 times daily for a few weeks.
- Grated ginger- 1 tspn
- Hot water- 1 cup
- Add 1 tspn of grated ginger to a cup of hot water. Let it steep for 5 min.
- Strain and add a little honey.
- Drink 2 to 3 cups daily.
- Fenugreek Seeds:
- Fenugreek seeds- 1 tspn
- Soak 1 tspn fenugreek seeds in water overnight.
- Next morning, eat soaked seeds with water on an empty stomach.
- Ayurvedic medicine:
- Lemon juice- 1 cup
- Ginger juice- 1 cup
- Garlic juice- 1 cup
- Apple vinegar- 1 cup
- Honey- 3 cups
- Mix all the cups of lemon, ginger, garlic juice and apple vinegar in a non- steel bowl and boil it on a light flame.
- After the mix is reduced to around 3 cups, let the mix cool.
- Add 3 cups of honey. Mix well. Store this mix in a bottle.
- Take 1 tspn of this mix every morning on empty stomach. Continue for a month or more.
- Bark of Arjun Tree:
- Bark of Arjun Tree
- Boil the bark of the tree in water.
- Strain the residue and collect the liquid.
- Drink the liquid when lukewarm.
- Flax seeds:
- Flax seeds- 2 to 3 tspn
- Take 2 to 3 tspn of flax seeds daily with cereals in the breakfast.
